2013 Prices for B&B

LOW SEASON
Until May 23rd (excluding bank holiday weekends)

Double/twin £82, Single £52 per night B&B
Surcharge £20 for Saturday only bookings


MAIN SEASON
from 24th May to the 3rd of October

Double/twin £84, Single £54 per night B&B
Surcharge £20 for Saturday only bookings



All bank holiday weekends
Double/twin £86, Single £56 per night B&B
Double the price for Saturday night only bookings

Notes
Discounts available for longer stays ( 4 or more nights)
Children sharing a room 10 yrs and under, £23 per night, over l0yrs £27 per night
No charge for babies

Dogs (by arrangement £5 per night).

Standard Terms and Conditions

A deposit of the cost of the first night's stay (minimum) is required to confirm a booking request. Upon this, a contract accepting the cancellation penalties shown below is made.

In the event cancellation, and if the room cannot be re-let for the full length of the booking period, you will be liable for the full deposit if the cancellation is within 14 days of the arrival date.

A full refund of the deposit will be given if more than 14 days notice is received.

All payments must be made in sterling, either as cheques, cash or with debit or credit cards.

There is a 1 surcharge for the use of credit cards ( not debit ).

Arrivals/Departures
Arrivals are normally between 5 and 7pm, please advise if different. Check out is 10.30am on the morning of departure.

Smoking Policy
All rooms in the house are non-smoking.

Bacon & Sausages
from Earsham Park Farm

Bacon and sausages are available in smallish quanities without pre-ordering. For large quantities, please let us know in advance.

Sausages
Sausages are made from the finest ingredients, our own free range pigs (females only - as they are the best!). They are kept under the highest welfare conditions and slaughtered locally, so they do not suffer the stress of a long journey.

All our meat is hung before being butchered. The sausages are made using natural skins, the meat goes through the coursest grinder only once (the courser the texture the less could be 'hidden' in them) - we use only the best meat and nothing else except spices, herbs and binder and due to the legal requirement, some preservative.

They are available in 2 flavours;

Norfolk Mardler - a herby sausage
Suffolk Sizzler - with a lovely black pepper bite to it

£2.80/lb (6 sausages)

Bacon
The bacon is cured locally for us using very traditional methods, is thick sliced and available at £5.00/lb
